About the Journal

The Revista de Psicologia da UNESP, is a publication of the Graduate Program and Psychology Course of the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Assis, Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP. It aims at the dissemination of original scientific works pertaining to psychology and related areas, providing free public access to all its content. Access, read, and send contributions. The manuscripts can be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and must be framed in the following categories:

Sections

Articles: investigations based on empirical data, using quantitative and / or qualitative methodology. (maximum of 6000 words);

Theoretical studies / essays: these are updated or opinionated works. They analyze fundamental themes and questions theoretically, leading to the questioning of existing ways of thinking and acting and to new elaborations, considering in them the analysis of philosophical, ethical or social aspects related to psychology (maximum of 6000 words);

Experience reports: description of procedures and strategies, or narratives of experiences and experiences that present an academic contribution (maximum of 4000 words);

Interviews: Report of an interview with research researchers in the field of Psychology and related areas. The evaluation is carried out by the Editorial Board and Executive Team (maximum of 4000 words);

Reviews: book reviews or other artistic productions of interest to psychology, with a precise indication of the source to be commented (maximum of 2000 words);

Free section: reflexive texts that describe and critically analyze experiences relevant to the scope of the magazine and that use, in its presentation, different resources such as photos, poetry, musical references; in order to strengthen and give consistency to the discussion proposal (up to 4000 words or 10 pages).
