To this end, here, it is necessary to contextualize the critical debate on the hegemonic curricular practices around contemporary legal education and the dispute processes for the affirmation of the autonomy / relevance of legal historiography for student education. However, there is a need for the realization of dispute processes that reconstruct a Jushistoric narrative that rejects positivist, anachronistic, ethnocentric, racist and epistemicidal values, where the relationship between law, history and diversity can integrate the new court of the faculties of right.
